Shamkhani: Iran-G5+1 deal possible if rights, legal demands observed

Tehran, Dec 8, IRNA Secretary of Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani said in Tehran on Monday that any agreement with the G5+1 will be possible only if the rights and legal demands of Iran are taken into consideration.
Speaking to members of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Shamkhani said continued talks with the G5+1 on the country's nuclear program, observing Iran's legal rights and lifting tyrannical sanctions are the points on which all in Iran agree.
He said reaching the agreement that would meet demands and interests of the two sides will be possible only through observation of the rights and legal demands of either side.

Shamkhani, who is also the representative of the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei to the SNSC, said the efforts of the US statesmen not to reveal the results of the talks is for propaganda purpose. 'The nuclear negotiating team consisting of the children of the revolution and representatives of the Islamic Republic, only follows up the demands and will of the Iranian people in the talks.
