President advisor gives upbeat outlook about national economy
Tehran, Dec 7, IRNA President senior advisor Akbar Torkan said on Sunday that bright prospects are on the horizon for the national economy.
Speaking in a local ceremony, Torkan, the Secretary of Free Zones Coordination Council said that the government has initiated implementation of Vision-2025 Roadmap.
He referred to improvement of the Iranian relations with the outside world saying that the future of the country's economy is promising.

Iran has made broad cooperation with the world and it will do its best to engage all countries in a positive way, the official added.

Iran's situation in the international scene will change and it will be able to enhance its trade exchange with the regional and international states.

In 2002, Iran's Expediency Council approved the 20-Year Vision Plan to promote the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran at national, regional and international levels to enable Iran to become a developed country in 20 years in light of the top standing in the region in terms of progress in economy, science and technology.

Iran?s foreign policy has taken new directions since Rouhani was elected as President in 2013.

Nuclear talks between Iran and the G5+1 members have gained momentum.
