Tehran, Dec 6, IRNA Government of President Hassan Rouhani will submit next year's rls 2,196,000 billion budget bill to Majlis (Parliament) on Sunday.
Among the most important approaches adopted in the budget bill for 1394 (to begin March 21, 2015) are:
Implementation of the 'Economy of Resistance policies, detente in foreign policy, management of public sector's debts, continued execution of the targetted subsidies plan, reduction of inflation rate and improving people's purchasing power and social welfare.

Based on an approval by the Iranian lawmakers in 2008, the government is required to submit its budget bill for the coming year to the Majlis by the middle of Azar (the 9th month of the Iranian calendar year) to avoid any irregularities in the process of examining the bill by the legislators.

This is the second successive year that the government of President Rouhani has managed to prepare the budget bill on time.

President Rouhani has recently referred to the budget bill for 1394 as a budget bigger than that of the previous year (1393).

The President also said in the next year's budget bill, more money (rls 461,000 billion) has been allocated to development projects.

Meanwhile, Minister of Economy and Financial Affairs Ali Tayyebnia had previously said the 1394 budget bill has been drawn up by taking account a situation in which the anti-Iran sanctions will continue.

Also, rapporteur of Majlis Planning and Budget Commission Gholamreza Kaateb had said that a price of dlrs 70 per barrel had been set in the next year's budget bill.

He added that the next year's budget bill is rls 80,000 billion higher than its previous year (1393).

He noted that the greater importance has been attached to the health and medical treatment sector in the bill.

According to Kaateb the major characteristic of the next year's budget bill is that it is based on realistic terms and conditions.
