Iran president blames “plotting hands” for oil price slide

TEHRAN Dec 03 (Shana)--Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani has laid the blame on “plotting hands” for the falling oil prices.
“Although plotting hands in the region and the world slashed oil prices and they imagine that they have caused problems for the Islamic Iran and the country’s path to development, the Iranian nation must know that the [national] budget bill [for next fiscal year] will be submitted to parliament without any deficit,” Rouhani said.

He said next year’s budget will amount to nearly IRR 2,200 trillion.
Rouhani also said the Islamic Republic will resolve the dispute over its nuclear program through constructive interaction with the world.
“In the path of constructive interaction with the world, we will get the nuclear issue to a conclusion,” he said.  “Do not doubt that the P5+1 countries, the Western world, the Eastern world and the region all need to have constructive interaction with Iran,” he added.
