TEHRAN, Nov. 29 (MNA) � Deputy Minister for Mines and Mineral Industries Mehdi Karbassian predicted a 6% growth rate for mines and mineral industries in the second half of this Iranian year.

In an interview to Mehr News, Deputy Minister for Mines and Mineral Industries Mehdi Karbassian said that due to the rapid implementation and operation of projects related to mining industries, this sector will be poised for growth in the coming years.


He added that according to the efforts done by the government and enjoying a good atmosphere in the country's economy, 'we predict the mining and mineral processing industries will be thriving.'


In his view, investment is the only way to jump in mining and mineral processing industry while not ignoring the key role of management in the process.
