Tehran, Nov 26, IRNA - President Hassan Rouhani attended a Majlis (Parliament) session on Wednesday to defend the qualifications of his nominee for the post of minister of science, research and technology.
��President Rouhani, in a letter to Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani, proposed Dr. Mohammad Farhadi to lead the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
MPs have reportedly welcomed introduction of the proposed minister a day after Danesh Ashtiani, the fourth candidate for the position failed to receive a vote of confidence from Majlis.
