Iran to launch an export base in China

TEHRAN, Nov. 15 (MNA) – Deputy for international affairs and technology transfer of Science and Technology VP has said that export bases are to be established by knowledge-based companies.

“We have been able to build export bases in China and Iraq so far,” said Ali Murtaza Birang in an interview with Mehr News. He added that any company with the ability to export would receive consultation through these bases to eventually offer its knowledge-based products to target country.

He stated that more export bases would be launched in two or three countries by next Iranian year and added that the export bases are not public and some private knowledge-based companies being in relation with foreign countries will be established.

He said that knowledge-based companies with the history of participation in major exhibitions around the country will visit these bases for export consultations.

Noting that the export base in China has been launched less than two months ago, Birang said the site is focused on the field of herbal medicine.
