Fake map of 3 Iranian islands deleted from IAEA website

Fake map of 3 Iranian islands deleted from IAEA website
Vienna, Nov 14, IRNA A fake map of three Iranian islands of Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb and Abu Moussa published by the United Arab Emirates that was used on the official website of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) was deleted on Friday.
The deleting of the forged map became possible thanks to the timely and persevering efforts of the Islamic Republic of Iran permanent representative office at the IAEA Vienna Headquarters.

Different countries that have nuclear programs are obliged to present information about their programs to the IAEA and such data remain at the agencys website often for many years.

The UAE in its 2014 report notoriously and following the same futile efforts that it has pursued in past decades presented a map of those three Iranian islands as parts of its territorial lands, which faced the strong protest of the Iranian representative office at the UN nuclear watchdog and was thus deleted.
