Tehran, Nov 12, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani was officially welcomed by his Azeri counterpart Ilham Aliyev upon arrival in Baku.
During the welcoming ceremony, national anthems of Iran and Azerbaijan were played and members of Iranian and Azeri delegations introduced to each other.
The two presidents immediately started talks after the welcoming ceremony.

President Rouhani's chief of staff Mohammad Nahavandian, Presidential Special Aide Hossein Fereydoun, and ministers of oil, foreign affairs, roads and urban development, communications and information technology, economy and finance and youth and sports as well as Governor of the Central Bank of Iran are accompanying the Iranian President in his two-day stay in Azerbaijan.
