TEHRAN, Nov. 08 (MNA) An Iranian filmmaker will be one of the juries for the 2nd International Women's Film Festival in Herat, Afghanistan.Marjan Riahi, Iranian documentary filmmaker, is one of the juries for the international section of Herats Women's Film Festival. An Iranian actress Laleh Eskandari will also attend the festival as a special guest to offer her experiences to women filmmakers in Afghanistan.
The festival aims at underlining the importance of women in the area of filmmaking, probing social issues related to women, and offering moral support for women filmmakers.
The 2nd International Women's Film Festival in Herat will take place on November 8-10, 2014 in Afghanistan.
