Tehran, Oct 24, IRNA � Substitute Friday prayers leader of Tehran Ayatollah Mohammad-Ali Movahedi Kermani said on Friday that the US uses the so-called coalition against Daesh as a cover to ruin Syria's industrial and military sources.
Delivering his second Friday prayers sermon in Tehran University campus, Ayatollah Kermani said, "About 100 Daesh terrorists surrendered themselves and were taken captive by the Iraqi forces; it is crystal-clear that the US uses the so-called anti-Daesh coalition as a lever to destroy Syria's industrial and military sources."

He said, "Recently one of the young Daesh members, taken captive, admitted that Daesh has its suicide forces take medicine to do the act (suicide operation) ; of course this is something not unexpected with Daesh forces."


Elsewhere in his sermon, Ayatollah Kermani warned Saudi Arabia against execution of Ayatollah Nimr and said it would cost Riyadh dearly.
