Tehran, Oct 9, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani on Thursday issued executive order to speed up implementing the plan to link Iranian railway to those of the neighboring countries.
The president gave the executive order in the meeting of the Committee on Coordination for Resistance Economy.
The executive order was directed to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to finalize and inaugurate Iran-Turkmenistan-Kazakhstan railway within the next few months and to complete the railway which is to join Khaf to Herat.

The president urged the executive officials to offer incentives to private sector activists so that they would invest in development of the railway networks.
