Parsian gas facility processes 13.5 bcm of gas
TEHRAN Oct 7 (Shana)--Parsian gas processing company has managed to process 13.5 bcm of gas over the first 200 days of the current Iranian calendar year, began March 21 2014.
Managing director of Parsian gas processing company Farshid Abdali Dehdezi made the remarks adding the company has also managed to raise gas processing by 8.4 percent against the similar period last year.


He noted that the company has been able to produce 48 mcm of gas per day on average since the beginning of the current year, against 36.7 mcm/d during the corresponding period last year.

Parsian gas processing company takes gas from Tabnak, Homa, Varavi and Shanol gas fields and inject it to IGAT-4 after processing, he said.

According to the official, Parsian gas processing plant with the production capacity of 82 mcm/d of gas, is the third largest gas processing facility in the country and provides gas needs of Fars, Yazd, Esfahan, Qom provinces as well as part of Tehran province needs.
Dehdezi said: last year the company could inject 24 bcm of gas to national gas grid.
