IAEA delegation arrives in Tehran

Tehran, Oct 7, IRNA A delegation of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) arrived in Tehran on Tuesday.
The delegation is headed by nuclear watchdog organization's Deputy Director for Security Tero Varjoranta.
The IAEA team is visiting Iran to discuss the practical steps for finalizing the agreements between Iran and G5+1.

Spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Behruz Kamalvandi told IRNA on Monday that talks with the IAEA delegation is to focus on ways of finalizing the two steps out of the five steps in the agreement between Tehran and G5+1.

He said Varjoranta's visit serves to continue talks to get to a final decision on the last two steps in the third chapter of agreements between the two sides.

He also said that the delegation is to start talks with the AEOI officials on Tuesday morning.
