TEHRAN August 25 (Shana)--Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad-Reza Nematzadeh said the Iranian government has managed to reduce the flight of capitals and human resources.
�The minister said the first action by the administration of President Hassan Rouhani was to change the atmosphere prevailing over the country.



�Since the 11th administration took office, we have managed to move towards serenity and our main objective is still to remove obstacles to production in the country,� said Nematzadeh.
He said that industry and mine sectors had shrunk 12.5 percent under the former administration.
