Tehran, Aug 13, IRNA - Qatar Airways has announced increased frequencies to the Islamic Republic?s capital city, Tehran.
According to Dubai based daily Khaleej Times, the additional flights are part of a surge in increased frequencies to a number of destinations across Qatar Airways network in response to a steady increase in passenger demand.
The four additional flights will commence September 1, 2014.
Tehran, which is currently served with 14 flights a week, will see an increase to 18 flights weekly when it adds four more flights beginning on September 1.
With 31 weekly flights already servicing the Doha-Muscat route, the increase in passenger demand has led the airline to add an additional four flights, bringing the total number of flights up to 35 per week.
