Larijani urges Iran, China to broaden bilateral ties

Qom, Aug 11, IRNA Majlis (Iranian Parliament) Speaker Ali Larijani called for the expansion of Iran-China bilateral ties.
?I hope that by establishing interaction between businessmen and industrialist of Iran and China, specially in Qom and Gansu province, the two countries will develop sustainable relations in different areas,? Larijani said.
The Iranian parliament speaker underlined the need for utilization of economic capacities and capabilities of the two countries and seizing the opportunity for development of trade relations, and said, ?Under the present conditions there are good opportunities for investment in Iran and China and we hope that the investors could make proper use of these capacities by signing memoranda of understanding (MoUs).

The exhibition on investment, agriculture and industry of China?s Gansu province in Iran?s Qom province was held on August 10 and 11 with participation of 92 Chinese companies.
