TEHRAN, Aug. 10 (MNA) – The deputy-head of Iran’s Cultural Heritage, Handcrafts and Tourism Organization (CHHTO) has announced holding of the 8th International Tourism Exhibition with a focus on deserts.
Speaking in a propagation ceremony of the 8th International Tourism exhibition, Morteza Rahmani Movahed said that deserts were among Iran’s major tourist destinations.
The exhibition will be held February 12-18 in Tehran to introduce Iran’s tourism capacities and capabilities.
“The fair is divided into separated sections including nature, pilgrimage and cultural tourism, and some other sections,” said Rahmani Movahed and added that a national tourism fair would be held in August 15-17.
The propagation ceremony today unveiled the banner of the exhibition in Tehran with a group of Iranian tour industry managers, handicraft and hotel owners, and journalists.
