Iran ready for Iraqi, Ukrainian flights on air space

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Deputy Head of Flight Standards of Civil Aviation Organization of Iran Hamid Habibi said the country is ready for receiving Iraqi and Ukrainian flights.

“High security of Iranian air space, comparing to regional states, has encouraged many countries and aviation organizations to pass across our country’s air space,” he said, adding Iraqi and Ukrainian security are also affecting the issue.

The Iranian official further noted that the country has no problem in management of new flights.

Many aviation organizations have announced they would stop their flights in Iraqi and Ukrainian air space due to crises in these countries.
