Iranian teen Freestyle wrestlers win two gold, five bronze medals
Tehran, July 21, IRNA -- Iranian national teen-age freestyle wrestlers gained two gold and five bronze medals in Slovakia 2014 World Top Teen Freestyle Tournament (July 19-20) to rank world 2nd top team next to the Russians.
The gold medalists for Iran were Ali-Reza Goudarzi (42kg FS) and Erfan Aeini (46kg FS), while the bronze medalists were Nader Nasseri (50kg FS), Kaveh Rahmatabadi (54kg FS) , Mojtaba Amouzadeh (58kg FS), Amir Akbarzadeh (63kg FS) and Naeim Hassanzadh (100kg FS).
The Iranian top teen freestyle wrestling team thus collected 68 points altogether to gain the games silver cup and medals.

The US team stood third in the row with 50 scores.

The Georgian, Azerbaijani, and Indian teams with 49, 47 and 37 points ranked 4th to 6th.

The Iranian top teen freestyle wrestling team arrived in Slovak Republic on Friday evening to attend world freestyle wrestling championship.

World top teen freestyle wrestling tournament started on Saturday July 19, 2014, in Snina, the Republic of Slovakia.

Iran?s top teen Greco-Roman wrestling team, too, last week ranked third in the world championship after Russia and Azerbaijan Republic in Slovakia from July 15-16.

Iranian team had won the third title in such game in 2013.
