Iran’s Meteorology Organization has warned the severe storms in Iraq will affect the western and southern provinces of Iran in less than forty eight hours and Khuzestan Province will face above fifty degrees Celsius temperatures.
The report predicts rise in winds and severe dust storms. Starting Saturday July 18 Ilam and Khuzestan are to be confronted with severe visibility loss and drop in air quality.
Sistan-Baluchistan Province in the east is also to experience severe winds, storms and dust particles.
Sistan Baluchistan representatives have warned about the severe decline in the environmental condition of the province saying they could lead to a complete exodus of the population from that province.
