A senior Russian diplomat says a final nuclear deal between Iran and the Sextet of world powers should not violate the interests of any side involved in the ongoing negotiations on Tehran's nuclear energy program.
Russias Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in the Austrian capital of Vienna on Saturday that the final agreement should be balanced and not infringe upon any interests, ITAR-TASS news agency reported.

Ryabkov also emphasized the importance of unity among the five permanent members of the UN Security Council the United States, Russia, France, Britain and China - plus Germany for making progress in Iran nuclear talks.

The official further noted that speeding up the nuclear negotiations rather than extending them is on the agenda.

The comments come as Vladimir Voronkov, Russias permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, is expected to attend the talks while Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov accompanies President Vladimir Putin in his tour of Latin America.

US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Vienna on Sunday and will be joined later by his counterparts from Germany, France, and Britain.

On July 3, Iran and the P5+1 formally kicked off their sixth round of talks this year in Vienna.

Iran and the six countries have been discussing ways to sort out differences and achieve a final deal that would end the decade-old dispute over the Islamic Republics nuclear energy program.

The two sides sealed an interim deal in Geneva, Switzerland, on November 23, 2013. The deal came into force in January and expires on July 20, but can be extended depending on the agreement of all parties involved.
