Int'l car-makers continuing talks for joining Iranian market

TEHRAN (ISNA)- An Iranian auto industry expert said foreign auto-makers are in talks with Iran to join the country's market, given the positive process of nuclear talks between Tehran and G5+1.
"Now giant international car-makers including Germany and France are calling for presence in the Iranian market," said Shahram Azadi.

He said the international car-makers are waiting for results of talks between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany on Iranian nuclear issue.

"In case the nuclear talks are finalized by the end of this month, we will witness start of activities of several international car-makers in Iran," he added.

"Iranian market is so attractive for foreign auto-makers that companies are willing to make investment and transfer technology to sell their products in Iran," he added
