Tehran, July 6, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani on Sunday issued a directive on amendment protocol of a commercial shipping line agreement between Iran and Cuba.
�According to government website, the directive stipulates implementation of article 123 of the constitution ratified in Majlis on May 26, 2014 and approved by the Guardians Council on June 18, 2014 before being communicated by President Rouhani to ministry of road and urban development on July 2, 2014.
