Russias ambassador to Tehran says Moscow supports a serious and stable deal on Irans nuclear energy program, saying the resolution of the Islamic Republics nuclear issue will benefit all sides.
Moscow has always made efforts in order for Tehran and the P5+1 the US, Russia, China, France and Britain plus Germany -- to reach a serious and stable accord that would both satisfy the Islamic Republic and address Western concerns over Irans nuclear energy program, Levan Dzhagaryan told Fars news agency on Monday.

Dzhagaryan also said Moscow wants the western dispute over Irans nuclear energy program to be resolved as soon as possible, adding that a final solution to the matter will be in the interest of all sides, including the Iranian nation, Russia and the Westerners.

The Russian envoy to Tehran further stated that his country continues to encourage the Western sides to adopt a more realistic approach towards the ongoing nuclear negotiations with the Islamic Republic.

Tehran and the six world powers have been discussing ways to iron out differences and start drafting a final deal that would end the Wests dispute with Iran over the countrys nuclear energy program.

Iran and its negotiating partners wrapped up their latest round of high-level nuclear talks on May 16. The next round of nuclear talks between the two sides is scheduled to be held in the Austrian capital Vienna from June 16 to 20.

In November 2013, the two sides signed an interim nuclear deal in the Swiss city of Geneva that came into force on January 20.
