Envoy invites Azeri investors to invest in Iranˈs Maku zone

Baku, May 29, IRNA – Iranˈs Ambassador to Baku Mohsen Pakayeen called on Azerbaijanˈs economic activists to invest in Iranˈs Maku economic zone.
  ˈMaku region has appropriate capacity for investment and to this end interactions among investors and the regionˈs officials can result in the economic development of the region,ˈ Pakayeen said on Wednesday.

He underlined that Maku region has suitable geographical location, rich mines, fertile agricultural lands and more importantly it is located in Iran-Europe transit path.

ˈWe are trying to identify and curb the obstacles to development of Maku Free Zone in a bid to increase the cooperation for the further presence of economic activists in West Azarbaijan province,ˈ the Iranian envoy said.
