Beirut, May 4, IRNA � The representative of both Fatah and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) in Lebanon Fathi Abu al Ardat said here on Sunday that the Palestinian people and other regional nations welcome Tehran-Riyadh cordial relations.
��Talking to IRNA, Abu al Ardat asserted that Tehran-Riyadh amicable ties will have positive effects on situation in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria and other regional countries.
Iran?s support for Palestine, Tehran-Riyadh close relations and even support of some European countries for the Palestinian nation play a pivotal role in enhancing the moral of the Palestinian people and consolidation of their solidarity in confronting the Zionist enemy, he added.

Abu al Ardat noted that the Palestinian nation backs national reconciliation and formation of the national unity government.

Underlining the importance of national reconciliation, he called on all parties to mobilize their forces to confront the Zionist regime and support the resistance movement until the liberation of the occupied Palestinian territories.

He stressed that the convergence of Arab and Islamic countries would benefit the Palestinians? national reconciliation and national unity.
