IKCO to produce 600.000 cars in 2014

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Largest Iranian state-owned company (IKCO) aimed at producing 600.000 passenger cars and pick-ups by the end of this Iranian year (started on Mar 21), " said the company's CEO and President Hashem Yeke-Zare.
Iran Khodro is supposed to improve its car making capabilities in a four-year plan to achieve this it needs to present a new car with IKCO brand every other year, he said.

"We are determined to export 30 percent of our products up to 2015," he noted.

Yeke Zare also referred to after-sales service as one of his main concerns, the quality of which would pave the way for more sales.

Customers are the company's main stakeholders, the satisfaction of whom can be gained not just by the number of production but by the quality of products and after-sales service, Yeke-Zare continued.
