TEHRAN, April 13 (MNA) Parliament Judiciary and Legal Commission report on bill of extradition of criminals between Iran and China has been referred to the Expediency Discernment Council.The Guardians Council had returned the bill to Parliament for a number of discrepancies in the bill with the constitution.
Mehr News parliament correspondent reported that on todays open session the legislators reiterated their previous enactment endorsing the extradition agreement between Iran and China, thus referring it to the Council to arbitrate the bill.
