Tehran, March 30, IRNA President Hassan Rouhani on Sunday said the government is determined to renovate the economy and to remove obstacles on the way of production in order to create jobs in the new year.Rouhani made the remarks in the first session of a committee to explore ways to implement Resistance Economy urged by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
During the session, the registration of those Iranian households that need to receive cash subsidies by the government was discussed.
Energy management by means of revenues obtained from implementation of the second phase of Subsidy Reform Plan, pledged by the government in the new year, was another issue to be reviewed in the session.
According to a report by Irans Statistics Center, read in the session, the rise in the prices of commodities, which is common in the last month of every Iranian year, was lower this year compared with the previous years, showing stability in the prices.
