Iran ready for boosting industrial, trade cooperation with Germany

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Reza Nemat-Zadeh reiterated that Iran is ready for the further expansion of industrial and trade cooperation with Germany.
"Iran aims at providing the grounds for investment and trade of industrial activists and also direct interactions for businessmen with abroad," he said in a meeting with Head and members of German Chamber of Commerce and German industrial activists.

Nermat-Zadeh also said free and special economic zones are good opportunities for foreign investment, and German companies can cooperate with Iranian corporations in these fields.

The Iranian minister also added that the Islamic Republic of Iran's Trade Development Organization can provide consultation and services on establishing line of credit.

The German delegation also provided an outline on cooperation in different fields, including foodstuff, medicine, steel, development activities, automation of production lines and sanitation and medical industries.
