Iranian President again postponed his visit to Turkey

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani was scheduled to visit Turkey on December 17 but he postponed this visit for unknown reasons. The visit was cancelled til the beginning of Februry, 2014.
Turkish side offered Rouhani to visit Turkey on February 20-21, but the official Tehran again refused this terms because of the "busy agenda of the President" and announced that the visit could take place "later".

Turkish Minister Ahmed Davutoglu announced before that Iranian President would visit Turkey on December 17 to participate in Sheb-i Aruz festival. Then Davutoglu announced that Rouhani would visit Turkey after Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to Iran. But Iran again postponed visit also after Erdogan's visit.
