German, Japanese, S. Korea companies keen to work with IKCO

TEHRAN (ISNA)- IKCO's CEO Hashem Yekehzareh announced that German, Japanese and South Korean companies have called for cooperation with Iranian car industry.
"Companies from Germany, Japan and South Korea have expressed willingness to work with Iranian auto industry," Yekehzareh told ISNA, adding, "The impacts of easing sanctions (on Iran) can be seen from next two or three months."

He expressed the hope that IKCO could cooperate with Peugeot and Renault soon, "French companies left their Iranian partners over last few years which brought loss for Iran. French companies should follow a new approach for their return and compensate (the loss)."

"We used to work with Peugeot in the from of CKD, but it needs to change to the form of producing joint and exported cars and win-win cooperation."
