Tehran, Feb 3, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani said here on Monday that the cyber�security is considered as one of the macro policies of the Iranian government.

President Rouhani made the remarks while addressing a meeting attended by intelligence minister, the ministry�s personnel, deputies and managers in Tehran.


The intelligence ministry should maintain its vigilance against possible cyber attacks, he said.

While the enemies are trying to sow discord in the Iranian society, efforts to establish tranquility and create hope are the best ways to thwart enemy plots, President Rouhani said.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is facing with huge numbers of plots both at home and abroad, adding the intelligence ministry plays a pivotal role in establishing unity and security in the country.
