FM spokeswoman: New York nuclear talks not finalized yet

Tehran, Jan 28, IRNA Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham said that holding the next round of Iran-5+1 talks in New York has not been fixed yet.

Talking to reporters during her weekly press briefing, she made the remark in response to a question by IRNA.

She said the date of the next round of nuclear talks has not been determined yet but it is to be held within the coming weeks, adding that the final date and venue of the talks will be made known once they are fixed.

According to Afkham, final resolve of the nuclear issue while maintaining Irans peaceful program with its all various dimensions will top the agenda of the next round of nuclear negotiations.

Pointing out that the two sides of the talks are currently passing through the joint action plan process devised by the agreement, she said the orchestrated implementation of the deal in a six-month time span will test the degree of the commitment of each party to the content of the agreement.
