TEHRAN, Jan. 6 (MNA) With the stories revolving the Cabinets provincial sessions on air, the government has decided the issue.According to the decision, first provincial visit by 11thCabinet would be Khuzestan province set to be held on January 15.
Different stories had already been on air in the media about the governments probable visit to Hormozgan and Khuzestan; however, with the Week of the Unity approaching, president will visit Khuzestan as his first provincial trip to attend to the issues of the province.
Reportedly, the governments visits to provinces would seek advice from local government officials and elites, parliament representatives and major personalities of the provinces. Furthermore, the government would make more informed decisions when closely studying the region or province.
Rouhani had already come to Bushehr quake-hit province to visit the affected areas and Assaluyeh special economic zone to see the latest developments in gas sector.
Formerly, it was announced that Khorasan Razavi province would be the presidents first destination in this series, but the government reviewed the decision. The second visit will be to Hormozgan, another southern province.
