TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian researchers have designed a new method for treatment of cancer, hoping to develop a technical treatment for people suffering gastrointestinal cancer.
The study has been conducted on elements making esophageal cancer during which the factors which change body's normal cells to cancer stem cells were investigated.

The outcomes of the research indicated that a high number of patients have had Mamli 1 and Twist 1 factors.

The method uses new molecular mechanisms to shut down Mamli 1 and Twist 1. The results of the study can be used for treatment of other GL cancers including large intestine.
