TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian Army on Saturday carried out successful military operations against militant groups, killing a number of rebels, some of them non-Syrians, and injuring scores of others.


In Homs towns, the army destroyed a number of cars for militants, including weapons and munitions, killing the militants who were inside the cars.

A military source told SANA that members of an armed group were killed at al-Hamadiya neighborhood in the old city, while another army unit eliminated dens of militants in Job al-Jarah, al-Khalidiya and Tal Dhab.

The source added that an army unit killed 20 militants in al-Saan area in Homs countryside.
