TEHRAN, Dec. 28 (MNA) The Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran has issued a message on the death of a former politician and cabinet member.Mehr News quoted Leaders official website which posted the message as follows:
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful,
I received the unfortunate news of the death of Mr. Seyed Ali Akbar Parvaresh; the respected and effective figure who served Islam and sublime objectives of the faith during the majority of his lifetime, and lend his sincere discourse, pure intentions, and good manners to the service of Revolution and consolidation of Islamic system. His political campaign against the former Shah was complemented his responsibilities in executive and legislative positions and his serving of High Defense Council. He truly served the country and nation and spared even his welfare and health on his sense of duty.
His long illness was his last difficult test by the God, which he passed with exemplary perseverance and finished the book of his life with honor. I express my condolences to his family and his bereaved friends and kin, and entreaty to God to bless him.
