Tehran, Dec 21, IRNA Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi said the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors are not entitled to visit Iran?s military and missile sites because of the fact that they have no duty to do so.
According to the organization?s public relations department, Salehi who is an advisor to the Iranian President, rejected the accusations of some western countries on alleged deviation in Iran?s peaceful nuclear activities.
He stressed that, given numerous inspections of the IAEA experts and Iran?s extensive transparency and cooperation with them, such accusations are totally unfounded.
Answering questions by the press and media, he said the IAEA inspectors have no right to inspect such centers and there is no treaty on the issue.
