TEHRAN (FNA)- Units of the Syrian armed forces carried out several operations against militants' dens and gatherings in several provinces, killing and injuring a large group of the rebels in addition to destroying their equipment.


Army kills militants, destroys their weapons in Hasaka

Army units killed scores of militants and destroyed their weapons and ammunition in Khrab Askar and Khirbet al-Sad villages in Hasaka countryside.

An official source told SANA that the army units killed 6 militants in Tal Steih in Qamishli countryside and destroyed their car which was equipped with a heavy machinegun.

Army destroys weapons-loaded vehicles in Deir Ezzor

An army unit targeted and destroyed two vehicles loaded with weapons and ammunition and killed 5 militants on Deir Ezzor-al-Mayadeen highway.

An official source said that the army also destroyed militants' gatherings and hideouts in the neighborhoods of al-Rashedyeh and al-Sheikh Yaseen in the city, killing scores of militants and destroying their weaponry. Militant Mohammad al-Malati was identified among the dead.

Army units repel militants' infiltration to al-Barghouthiyeh village in Hama

Units of the armed forces killed all members of a militant group in al-Barghouthiyeh village in the Eastern countryside of al-Salamiyeh in Hama.

An official source said that the army units destroyed the last gatherings of militants who had infiltrated into the village, in addition to destroying two cars loaded with weapons and ammunition.
