Iran military capability rules out all enemys options: Chief commander

BUSHEHR, Dec. 2 (MNA) Irans Army commander has said Armys capabilities have rule out any enemy military option off the table.
Mehr News reported that Sunday was a great day for Irans glory, since Tabarzin (hastate) and Neyzeh (spear) battleships have joined the Army battle ship convoy in Bushehr.

These battleships were overhauled and reconstructed by indigenous technology andexperts.


Sanctions helped our self-sufficiency


The Commander of the Islamic Republic of Irans Army responded to a Mehr News question about the impact of sanctions on provision of battleship spare parts and other Army facilities.


Sanctions are related to our sense of self-sufficiency, contributing to improved self-sufficiency of the Army, told Maj. Gen. Ataollah Salehi.


The enemy threats to attack today and tomorrow, and that military option is on the table, but the Islamic Republic of Irans power in armed forces is always a deterrent force, ruling out military options off the table, said commander of the Army.


Salehi also pointed to attempts in the Army to move toward self-sufficiency. Today, our achievements have been directly because of sanctions, he added.


Army deterrence power contains greedy powers


The commander of the Islamic Republic of Irans Army also responded to a question by Mehr News about the place and importance of the Army among armies in the region and the world.


For any comparison, Irans armed forces should be compared to classic armies of other countries, since all armed forces of Iran are seen as a united Armed Forces of Iran internationally, Salehi said.


Salehi also said that during the Imposed War with Iraq, our armed forces has passed successfully a test which is now our driving force behind the character and power of Irans armed forces in the world as a deterrent power.


You know that the enemy has been threatening us for 35 years and that the military option is on the table; but it is only on the table after so many years, he said.
