OICA President: Int'l carmakers to join Iranian car industry

TEHRAN (ISNA)- President of the International Organization of Motor Vehicle (OICA) Patrick Blainsaid international investigators would join Iranian car industry in the near future.
"Iran is a large country with high population and bright future and it has a good market for investment," he said in Iranian car industry conference.

"Given the potentials in Iran, the international investors will join the Iranian car industry and the industry would experience good growth," he added.

Blain noted that Iran should enter a new phase and play a constructive role in the world on car indusrty, and added Iran with well-established economy and higher GDP than Brazil holds the potentials of developing the car industry.

The OICA President also added Iran can be ranked among the 10 best carmakers in the world and would experience a high growth rate in the future.
