TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian army units on Wednesday seized full control of Ein al-Beida farms to the South of Qara city in Damascus Countryside, according to a military source.
The source told the state media that the army units eliminated the militants’ last gatherings in the area and destroyed their weapons and ammunition.
The Syrian army staged a heavy offensive on rebel positions in the Southern parts of Reef (countryside of) Damascus and took back the towns of Hejeira and Sabina from the militants this week.
Meantime, residents of different towns and villages in Damascus countryside, including al-Atibeh, Hojeira and Gharbe, are returning home after the Syrian army purged militants and established security in the region.
