Rouhani had better speak present in his report: Zibakalam

TEHRAN, Nov. 27 (MNA) A reformist political activist has said the president in his 100 days report has frequently spoken of the past, forgetting present and future.
Sadegh Zibakalam told Mehr News that the president had spoken frequently about the past, however, he had better speak about present and future of the country.

He also raised issues about form and content of the presidents report. I believe that last nights interview flawed in two fundamental aspects; form and content, added Zibakalam.

About the form of the presidents report, Zibakalam told that 3 moderators contributed to the reports flaws. Of course, Mrs. Sepanlu, performed better and more sensible than two others, he added, and that a moderator speaking to the president is expected by the public to be qualified enough and ask questions the public audience seek to hear an answer.

Zibakalam pointed to moderators role in flashbacks made to countrys past issues. Why would the president make frequent references to the past? He had better speak about countrys present and future, since if people cared for the past, they definitely vote for Mr. Jalili in the presidential elections. To remind this to president is moderators duty, asserted he.

My personal objection to Rouhani is that he did not speak about political issues. Part of his 18-million votes demanded press freedoms; the issue of censorship is still lingering on, and certainly, parts of the public is concerned with that, he added.
