Tehran, Nov 28, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani on Thursday congratulated his Albanian counterpart Bujar Nishani on the country?s National Day (November 28).
In a message, the Iranian President also felicitated the nation and government of Albania on the occasion.

Referring to Tehran-Tirana historical relations, President Rouhani further hoped the two capitals would expand relations in political, economic and cultural arenas in the future.

President Rouhani also wished prosperity and success for the nation and government of Albania.
