Prof. Reza satisfied with nuclear deal

Tehran, Nov 25, IRNA - An eminent Iranian scientist Professor Fazlollah Reza here on Monday expressed satisfaction over nuclear deal signed between Iran and the six world powers.
Professor Reza made the remarks while addressing a gathering at Tehran university.


The deal would solve the country?s problems, he said, adding that hostility and hatred were replaced by unity and cooperation.

The eminent scientist called on the nation to help the country?s prosperity through means of science and technology.

Prof. Reza was born in January 11, 1914 in Rasht, northern Iran. He was one of the first graduates from Tehran University to major in electrical engineering.

In 1946, he completed his masters degree in Columbia University, New York, and received his PhD in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University of New York in 1950.

Prof. Reza has been a member of Electrical Engineers Group in the School of Engineering of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, as well as a visiting professor in many top universities.

His scientific focus is in the field of mathematical systems and electrical circuits.

Prof. Reza is one of the founders of the theory of communications and information technology in the world.
