Zarif: Iran, G5+1 focused on detailing a three-phase deal

Geneva, Nov 23, IRNA Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Saturday that the Islamic Republic of Iran and G5+1 have focused on detailing a three-phase deal.
Speaking to reporters, he said it is about four days that the two sides are involved in details of a three-phase deal to support the common goals.


He said that the three-phase deal envisages the primary steps and the common goals leading and comprehensive agreement.

He said that the current stage of talks is critical and hoped that the two sides would narrow the gap at the end of the day.

Asked whether arrival of foreign ministers would be helpful to strike the deal, he said their presence indicates reolve of their governments to strike a deal, but, experience of the former series of talks showed that their peresence cannot be interpreted as they have come to make a breakthrough.
