Geneva, Nov 21, IRNA - Deputy Foreign Minister for Europe and African Affairs and a member of Irans negotiating team Majid Takht Ravanchi said on Thursday that talks between Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton was very good.In the new round of talks the two sides did not discuss general topis but went into details, he said.
He said the EU foreign policy chief was now negotiating with other members of the G5+1 to inform them of the results of her talks with Zarif on Thursday morning.
The next round of talks will be with the European Union foreign policy chief and her delegation, he said.
On presence of G5+1 foreign ministers, he said at this stage their presence is not necessary but if the two sides come close to signing a deal, it will be up to them to make such a decision.
