‘Beirut blasts won’t undermine Tehran’s support for Lebanese resistance’

TEHRAN, Nov. 20 (MNA) – The secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani condemned the twin bomb blasts that hit Lebanese capital on Tuesday, and reiterated that such terrorist acts will not undermine Tehran’s support for the Islamic resistance movement in Lebanon.
“These attempts will leave no [negative] impact over Iran’s support for the Islamic resistance movement,” Shamkhani said in a meeting with Syrian Ambassador to Tehran Adnan Mahmoud on Tuesday.

Shamkhani reiterated that these terrorist acts show how desperate Israel and the terrorist groups working in line with the interests of the Zionist regime in the region feel.
